• Conversation Content: Only when you explicitly click the "Extract Memories" button, we read the current chat text.
• Authentication Data: We use Supabase to securely manage your identity and session.
• User Preferences: Basic settings to customize your experience.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the core services of EchoChat Memory:

• Synchronizing your memories across devices via your private cloud database.
• Using AI (Gemini) to optimize your queries and extract insights from your saved chats.
• Providing a searchable history of your AI interactions.

Note: We never sell, trade, or share your data with third-party advertisers.

Security & Storage

All data is stored in your private Supabase instance. We use industry-standard encryption for data both at rest and in transit. The "Service Role" security model ensures that data access is strictly limited to your authenticated identity.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• You can view all saved memories within the extension.
• You can delete individual memories or your entire account at any time.
• You can log out to immediately terminate the session and local data access.
